Jeffrey D. Lowe is a two-time Emmy Award winning journalist, host, blogger, talent and producer at Barstool Sports the co-founder and host of the movie podcast Lights, Camera, Barstool. He is also a former Social Media Producer at Good Morning America/ABC News. Jeff is a 2013 graduate of Penn State University with a B.A. degree in Broadcast Journalism. He is a rising young talent in Social Media/Journalism with prior social media, broadcast and sports coverage experience ranging from being a Social Media Coordinator at Major League Baseball Advanced Media, the 2012 London Olympics Team USA in England as an intern, to coverage of Penn State’s NCAA athletics programs, to internships with MLB.com and Dial Global Sports (formerly CBS Sports/Westwood One).Lowe also served as a sports and news anchor for the award-winning newscast the Centre County Report. The newscast has received nation and regional recognition, including a 2013 Academy of Television Arts & Sciences Mid-Atlantic Emmy Award. His incredible passion for sports broadcasting is equally matched by his strong work ethic and dedication to his career goal of reaching the top of his profession. Lowe feels strongly that he can add great value to any sports network or organization he is involved with, and is seeking an opportunity to start his professional career with a network who would be interested in benefitting from his abilities to contribute to brand and business growth. Originally from central Connecticut, Lowe currently resides in New York City. His home town of Cedar Park, Texas, is just outside the state capitol of Austin. In addition to his four years in State College, PA, he also spent three consecutive summers living and interning in New York City.
