Professional Expertise:Jeffrey brings 28 years of development, construction and project management experience to his position, for which he is responsible for managing and directing Savills’ San Francisco Bay Area Project Management and Consulting services. Jeff’s skill set encompasses all aspects of the Project process, from site evaluations to due diligence to lease or sale negotiations to entitlements to design to construction of shell, rehab and retrofit projects as well as all managing types of tenant and capital improvement work for the Company\'s tenant-representative only clientele. Prior to joining Savills, Jeffrey was vice president and partner of ExTerra Realty Partners. In this position, Jeffrey managed, directed and prosecuted work on every aspect of the Company’s commercial real estate development portfolio, both locally and nationally, which included site analysis, due diligence, entitlements, design, construction and leasing. He has also has held development and construction, project management positions within CBRE, Koll Development Company (KDC), Catellus and Lincoln Property Company (now Steelwave) performing similar efforts. During his career, Jeffrey has successfully developed and/or delivered value-add creation on more than 27 million square feet of Class “A” office, industrial, R&D and logistics/distribution facilities, both locally and nationwide, for Tenant\'s and Owner\'s alike.
