   Jeff is a Senior Manager within PwC’s Financial Crime Unit. He brings 10 years of experience performing model validation and calibration engagements for a variety of global institutions. Models include Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions Screening and Customer Risk Rating for a diverse set of monitoring systems; including Oracle Mantas, Actimize, Verafin, Fiserv, and Prime amongst others. Prior to joining PwC, he was the national AML solution development leader for a top-ten accounting firm. Jeff has also provided Transaction Monitoring and Customer Risk Rating model implementation services that incorporate a fluent understanding of project management and software development life cycle (SDLC), focusing on the analysis of technical specifications, workflow development, risk management, and quality assurance. Jeff has provided consulting services assisting the development, implementation and maintenance of Enterprise wide Model Risk management programs. He has consulted with model owners and users on the design of effective model operation controls and processes and has experience with the application of regulatory compliant and industry leading model risk management concepts. Jeff has extensive BSA management experience and significant expertise in AML model risk management. He has led pre-examination reviews of remediated consent order issues regarding AML monitoring model design, customer risk scoring methodology, and the QC process for high risk customers at a number of financial institutions. In addition, he has managed projects and led reviews focusing on consent order remediation of high risk customer reviews, alert dispositioning, and case investigations.
