In my role I oversee and manage the revenue, support, operations, processing, policy, procedures, quality control and back office functions for Credit Union 1. These departments include residential lending 1st mortgage and HELOCs. This includes consumer/direct lending, indirect lending, VISA, business VISA, commercial real estate, small business lending, State of IL (partnership lending), cannabis lending, and all of the departments underwriting, pricing, policy, procedures and processing. I also manage and oversee the purchase and sale loan participation division for CU1. We have 20 locations located throughout the states of in IL, NV, GA, IN and also on the University of Illinois - Chicago, Western Illinois University, Emory University and The University of Norte Dame’s college campuses. We are healthy, growing and always looking for opportunities and top talent to join our financial organization. Credit Union 1 is a leader locally and nationally specializing in 1031 tax exchange; commercial real estate financing.
