Review, draft and negotiate a broad range of complex and routine contracts and agreements by working collaboratively with business and functional teams; • Serve as trusted advisor and business partner to the Executive Team on strategic issues and matters of concern; • Advise on intellectual property, regulatory, data privacy requirements and employment matters to mitigate risk; • Manage outside counsel; • Manage equity program; • Manage corporate governance and administration, including acting as corporate secretary, preparing Board of Director materials and corporate resolutions, managing local filings, and administering corporate records; and • Create, improve, and implement company-wide policies, procedures, and standard agreements.
