About Jeffrey Knepper

I have over 24 years of experience working on complex environmental and regulatory projects specializing in compliance, remediation, permitting, geology and aboveground storage Tank (AST) services. I developed and issued the first Carbon Capture and Sequestration permit in West Virginia which was also first in the United States when I was with the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Water and Waste Management and later worked in the Division of Mining and Reclamation as a Program Manager for Statewide Underground Injection Control, State 401\'s and Mitigation Plans.I am a certified professional geologist and a WV licensed remediation specialist. I am also an experienced AST inspector with over completed inspections in various states including: WV, PA, OH, KY, WI, IL, VA MD and NY.
