Alloy was formed in February of 2015 to provide leasing and factoring solutions to support the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises (SME\'s) in Mexico. This sector of the economy has limited access to the capital they need to grow. We also provide mezzanine capital to give companies in Mexico and the US the ability to support rapid growth and/or recapitalization opportunities in order to position themselves for long term value creation. We target situations in the US where a significant portion of the business activity is in Mexico and/or ownership is Hispanic.
