I built my career by earning every opportunity through performance—and that mindset continues to shape how I lead today.Over the past decade, I’ve progressed into executive leadership within a $20B global organization, leading large-scale sales and service operations in highly complex environments. My focus has consistently been on driving results while building the leadership and systems required to sustain performance at scale.Today, I serve as an Area Vice President, leading a $130M business across a diverse, high-demand market. I’ve led sustained growth of the organization from $100M to $130M, while building the leadership capability and operational discipline required to perform at scale.My leadership approach is grounded in three principles:Presence.
