   Support property and logistics operations by maintaining accountability of $300M+ in government assets across global sites. • Coordinate with internal and external procurement offices for hardware/software acquisition and lifecycle support documentation. • Partner with enterprise licensing and IT procurement teams to streamline asset onboarding, standardize configurations, and support compliance. • Implement strategies to monitor OEM warranties, reducing hardware downtime and optimizing maintenance prior to expiration. • Built a centralized SharePoint logistics dashboard to oversee spares inventory, shipment statuses, and contract value. • Conduct asset reconciliations and retrograde reporting in SAP and ServiceNow, achieving >99% accountability rates. • Provide guidance and support to junior logistics specialists on asset intake, CMDB entry, and proper tagging practices. • Act as alternate lead during absences, assuming full responsibility for reporting, customer engagement, and approvals.
