Throughout my career, I\'ve worked hard to learn from the ground up as much as I can about how to evaluate talent, develop people, & think outside the box in terms of what’s possible in the game of baseball & in life. I’ve been fortunate to wear a lot of different hats along my journey - player, coach, salesman, evaluator, analyst, manager, developer, motivator, father, brother, hermano. Two things I’ve learned along the way stand out - there are a lot of ways to be successful no matter your job title, & there are a lot of fresh ideas out there that need time, space & resources to take shape. My goal in life is to explore, reshape, & build up the future of the game of baseball anyway I can.
