M2 leading Microsoft\'s Secure Admin Services organization. My teams are chartered to ensure the highest protection and detection methods are a part of our DNA, architecture, and services. We own our highly virtualized network/compute/storage layer, with multiple fault domains geographically distributed supporting Microsoft\'s most critical properties as well as a suite of identity and access management capabilities. We design, develop and operate several custom applications as well as work closely with our partners (Azure, Windows, Lenovo, HP) to deliver upon Microsoft\'s \"Protect the Administrator\" strategic initiative. In addition, we provide Just-In-Time elevation, password vaulting, account and group provisioning, device and user attestation, synchronization, data warehousing and business intelligence analytics/reporting to provide key data/KPIs, SRE analytics, and real-time telemetry. • ZPA – Zero Persistent Admins and Logins to Critical Assets using a Secure Device are executive SLT-level KPIs I am accountable for within Microsoft’s on-prem and cloud tenants using Microsoft, third party, and in-house built applications. • Focused on enhancing the organization\'s throughput and reducing technical debt through CICD and Clean Code concepts. Continued focus on service stability and security including monitoring, alerting, telemetry/trending, automation, disaster recovery, FMEA, and SRE. • Recruited, interviewed, and hired multiple people managers and several software and site reliability engineers in support of our Secure Admin Services organization. As I adopted and formed teams, I made it my mission to increase our diversity talent. To-date, I have helped drive our diversity composition from 4% to 20% in our larger organization. Dedicated coaching and career development has helped showcase their immense contributions to the business.
