ABOUT JEFFREY INFANTE

I’m Jeffrey, and I’m an expert at ensuring operations are both efficient and effective. As an Operations Manager with over 10 years of experience, I understand that a team is only as successful as its systems. I excel in building and implementing systems that work. I like to lead my teams like a symphony, with everyone playing their part to contribute to a perfect score. Of course, life isn’t always perfect, so that’s when I rely on my leadership and problem-solving skills. I have spent my career in various management roles in real estate, public corporations, and government organizations. Most recently, I spent time as a manager and realtor for Century 21 in Providence, Rhode Island. Now, I’m looking to take my expertise to a new role in operations. I have extensive experience as an Operations Manager and in Project Management. I thrive on leading my teams to success. One of my talents is to be to identify problems and find outside-of-the-box-solutions. I have the ability to look at projects as a whole and am able to zone in on what part or parts may not be working. Then, I tackle each issue in order to keep the project moving along to completion. I believe one of the keys to a successful organization is cultivating exceptional teams. I excel at taking different groups of people and bringing them together in accomplishing one common goal. I thrive on leading my team to victory, whatever that may look like. Large or small, in my book, a win is a win. And I always make sure my team wins. I bring an organized and optimization mindset to the table on daily basis, ready to improve systems and bring out the best in every team member.
