Jeffrey Hubbard, President and Chief Executive Officer of Perry Johnson & Associates, Inc, is a nationally recognized health care leader and innovator transforming client operations with comprehensive staffing and technology solutions. As an influential strategist and expert communicator, Jeff is sought after to design and implement business vision and forge consensus, and has a proven track record of identifying, growing and tactfully developing synergy among teams. Through creative, motivational and compassionate leadership, he has driven his current enterprise portfolio to experience favorable operational and financial results. When not driving his company portfolio toward the future, Jeff enjoys spending quality time with his family. He is also an avid outdoorsman and dedicates much of his time outside of the office to volunteering within his community, including serving as a local Police Commissioner. From a young age, Jeff has had passion for ice hockey and has played into adulthood. He now enjoys being a mentor, head coach, team manager and recently served as the President of a local hockey association. Most importantly, he’s the biggest fan of his three children who are following in his footsteps on the ice.

With Jeff at the helm, he has led expansion from a single product offering to an entire suite of technology solutions ranging from mobile phone applications, front and back-end speech recognition, medical coding and billing, revenue cycle management, data mining, teleradiology, telenursing, expert analysis as well as translation and document storage. He has established a vast network of distributors and strategic partners to carry out the business mission of PJ & A. Jeff’s expansion of PJ & A into an international multi-vested corporation has been fulfilled through successful business ventures in Canada, China, Dubai, India, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Philippines and the United Kingdom. He has remarkably grown internal health care operations from a three-employee operation to thousands of talented employees and is uniquely positioned as a cross sector expert, with consulting expertise in the health care, government, legal, major manufacturing and technology sectors.
