I have had an immediate positive impact in my current sales role, including helping increase online sales for our warehouse and becoming one of the leading warehouses in different sales categories in our district and region. While only being employed with Costco for a short amount of time, I have become a go-to leader and have helped lead our department through hard work and by example with a “do as I do” attitude, not do as I say.
