ABOUT JEFFREY HASHAM
As a seasoned leader and executive, I specialize in corporate expansions and turnarounds. My career began at Ernst & Young LLP, where I honed my skills in the retail and consumer products assurance practice, managing engagements for many of Canada’s top retailers. I also gained valuable experience in E&Y\'s corporate finance practice.In May of 2025 I was appointed Chief Financial Officer for Athletica Sports Systems Inc.From 2005 to 2025 I held various positions with Redishred Capital Corp. I serve as the CEO of Redishred Capital Corp (TSXV: KUT), a role proudly held for 14 years. Before stepping into the CEO position, I was the CFO for six years, during which I led the company\'s IPO process in 2008. Under my leadership, Redishred experienced remarkable growth, consistently increasing same-location revenues and executing over $100M in acquisitions, with $90M of those transactions occurring in the last seven years. Our success was recognized in 2020 when we were named to the TSXV 50 list. Redishred was sold to Vital Records Control in February 2025.Redishred evolved beyond onsite paper shredding (\"Proshred\") to include electronics and paper destruction, IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) services, and Digital Imaging and Storage services (\"Proscan\"). We embraced technology to enhance client interactions and streamline business operations, partnering with Salesforce, DHS, and Samsara to drive sales growth, reduce costs, and improve client outcomes.Most importantly, I built a stellar team of professionals at both the entry and senior leadership levels. Their dedication and expertise have been instrumental in our success.
