About Jeffrey Grigg
Jeffrey Grigg is the Director of Development and Investments at Helu Development and Helu Capital. At Helu, Jeff has taken the role of running the ground up developments while playing a key role in sourcing equity for all of Helu’s projects. Prior to Helu, Jeff worked as a project manager and controller for a home builder in Southern California. He managed multiple construction projects at once while forecasting and preparing monthly and daily accounting reports for this company. Jeff has a degree from Utah Valley University in Finance and is currently working to receive his Master of Accounting degree from DePaul University. Jeffrey’s Helu ExperienceSince joining Helu, Jeff has helped Helu start the construction of 326 units in Idaho Falls. He is also working to close two more ground up construction deals in Texas in 2022. Both deals are under contract. Jeff also has sourced more than $20MM in equity for Helu and its real estate deals. At Helu, I am the Director of Development and Investments. As a developer I will work hard to ensure all deals run smoothly, working with the city departments, visiting current and potential developments, staying in constant contact with contractors and investors to help everyone feel comfortable and happy with the final products. On the investments side, I am working hand in hand with investors to place capital into our projects. I help explain deals to these investors and show them the opportunities that come from our deals. I also am closely analyzing all of Helu\'s deals to ensure each deal brings a return that is desirable to any investor.
