Experienced Airport Management Professional and Educator with more than thirty (30) years of experience in all aspects of airport management. Most recently oversaw more than two dozen contract service agreements and related activities at Southwest Florida International (FL) Airport and Page Field, directing the activities of over 350 contract employees with an annual budget of ~$16 million. Previously served as Manager of Aeronautical / Technical Services, completing aeronautical and environmental projects to include a wildlife hazard management plan, tall structures, aviation fueling procedures, and hazardous materials management plan, and implemented the FAA-approved Noise Compatibility Program.Also served as Manager of General Aviation at Page Field in Fort Myers, preparing and implementing a strategic business plan for operation of aeronautical services leading to positive net revenues and the addition and more than two dozen commercial and private aviation tenants. Oversaw the transition to a proprietary-exclusive Fixed Base Operation (FBO) as an airport-sponsored revenue enhancement venture.
