About Jeffrey Golde

I work with my partner Matt Kennis to collaborate with leaders and their teams on organizational shifts and decision and sense-making support as thoughtful advisers and trusted partners. We are interested in helping folks get unstuck, and guiding them towards options that create progress, as well as identifying critical decisions. In an ever changing and increasingly uncertain world, we assist with top strategic priorities, change expectations, and immediate challenges. That is to say we focus on surfacing promising directions of travel and advising when to pivot.My experience brings to bear hands on executive management experience and on-site consultative work with leadership teams and senior executives. I relish collaborating with and creating highly functioning groups of diverse individuals that execute at levels greater then the sum of their parts. A core ability to this work is rapidly absorbing unfamiliar material and quickly making creative connections to internal or external client needs for consulting projects, startups and established businesses. My professional improvisation and theater background contribute to a capacity to adapt swiftly to new situations, unexpected problems, and a variety of personalities not to mention a boatload of strategies for getting unstuck.
