Responsible for execution of purification and characterization of candidate drug products across the full range of bispecific and trispecific DART platform of molecules. Work to enable pre-clinical in-vivo and non-GLP toxicology studies to enable go/no-go R&D decisions that directly impact clinical investment, as well as internal and external collaborations.*Help to drive capital equipment expenditure to target areas of need and improvement.* Implementing high-throughput purification workflow improvement to decrease hands-on bench time to free up bench scientists time for analysis and collaboration to drive projects.* Recognized with company-wide achievement award for the development of a CE assay for the detection, characterization, and in-process measurement of specific charge variants that were important to a candidate drug program. The development of this assay and characterization method has allowed us to move the program forward.
