Part of an integral team covering work winning and live projects within a nationwide Fit-out contractor. I am responsible for delivering fit out projects of varying size and complexity throughout Northern Ireland, ROI & UK. My duties include the planning of projects from project inception, pre-construction and to practical completion. Key duties include: Develop, baseline and monitor construction programmes for both client and commercial meetings to establish true as built programmes. Co-ordinating with design, procurement and site teams for a fully integrated approach ensuring the smooth delivery of projects. Supporting the bid team through reviewing tender documents, establishing a programme of work including key risks, advise on mitigation measures and attend bid/work winning interviews.
