Jeff is President of Everest Financial Corp. a family investment office. Previously, he was the CEO of CIBT Inc. a global travel and immigration firm operating in 25+ countries. During his tenure at CIBT, the company completed 50+ acquisitions financed by five rounds of private equity (PE). Since selling CIBT in 2019, Jeff works with a number of PE firms to execute “buy-and-build” consolidations (a.k.a. “roll-ups”) in a variety of niche sectors. PE partners include: The Audax Group, AEA Investors, Harvest Partners, ABRY, and The Cynosure Group. Industries include: wealth management and family office services, home healthcare, light manufacturing, staffing, building services, and facilities maintenance. Jeff has an M.B.A. from The Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a B.A. from Cornell University. For 7+ years, Jeff served on the Senior Advisory Council of AEA Investors, LP a $19 billion private equity firm.
