ABOUT JEFFREY DUDUKOVICH

I am a STEM education expert with a rare combination of real-world experience and 18 years of K-12 classroom expertise, uniquely positioned to transform STEM programs in schools. My journey began in the U.S. Navy, where I operated and trained on nuclear propulsion systems and served as a recruiter for nuclear and advanced programs, delivering over 700 seminars to more than students across Florida and the Caribbean. Transitioning to education, I taught and coached science and STEM across all grade levels (K-12) in Title I schools, achieving district-recognized student performance improvements through my \'Activity Before Content\' approach, which engages students with hands-on, low-cost activities from the start to foster creativity, problem-solving, and long-term retention.I served nearly 6 years as the original instructor for the Physics Bus program at Seminole County Public Schools, helping to engage over elementary students annually across 37 schools with innovative, standards-based activities and demonstrations. This program directly contributed to a significant increase in 5th grade science test scores. Beyond the classroom, I’ve partnered with over 150 schools and districts nationwide, delivered 80+ educator conference presentations, and trained hundreds of educators.Building on these experiences, I founded my company, STEM PROS, driven by the vision of empowering teachers to provide every student with equal access and opportunities for transformative STEM education. I empower schools to develop impactful STEM programs that enhance learning, reduce behavioral issues, improve teacher retention, and inspire future leaders—all while staying within budget.
