Maintain various contracts trackers across assigned studies. Documents, analyzes and reports on the metrics and cycle times to complete the contracting processes from inception to fully executed.Maintain the contract repository so that is kept up to date with all required documents for assigned studies. Review and approve site budget template for each assigned study developed by CRO, including country specific modifications. Develop consistent negotiation parameters for assigned studies. Develop Payment Terms for assigned studies. Review and approve global site budget escalations that are outside of the CRO negotiation parameters. Attend meetings both internally and externally with the Clinical Operations team; DCPH Legal; CRO; and legal consultants. Internal collaboration with Clinical Operations. Manage the process and interfaces between Deciphera, CRO, and External Law Firm Consultants for CTAs, amendments, and other related agreements. Conducts a quality and consistency check for assigned studies between CTA, budget, and payment requirements. Examine Protocols and Schedule of Assessments and compares against CTA and budget for completeness and accuracy. Collaborate with Clinical Operations to analyze potential impact of protocol amendment on site budgets and contracts. Collaborate with Clinical Operations team for further understanding of protocol-specific questions as related to site budgets, and contracts, as needed.Confirms final CTA, including Budget and Payment Terms, are clear and accurate. Ensures Payment Vendors processes are accurately reflected so that efficient payments are made to sites (via site payments vendor.) Initiates internal work processes related to site contracts and budgets. Assess the Patient Travel Reimbursement language within the site’s ICF and ensure it is in alignment with site’s agreed upon Payment Terms. Other duties as assigned.
