I’ve negotiated a 20% reduction in vendor costs, eliminated $5M in benchmark fees, and led cost realignment strategies to improve bottom-line results. At the same time, I’ve enhanced platform functionality by automating key portfolio processes, improving audit controls, and strengthening reporting accuracy.
