About Jeffrey Davis
How do we - leaders, professionals, creatives, entrepreneurs, workers - flourish instead of flounder in times of challenge and change? How do we keep cracking open to possibilities as we advance our best ideas amidst rampant uncertainty? I\'m Jeffrey Davis. I work with and research the habits of fulfilled innovators to find viable answers to these questions. My job is to help you focus on what is most essential, get in flow at will, and leverage your best ideas. If I help you discover ways to work, relate, create, and live better, I\'m doing my work well. In this New World of Work, I’m devoted to helping entrepreneurs, thought leaders, and organizations flourish while they leverage their best ideas into sustainable business models. I do so as a speaker, strategist, consultant, and founder of Tracking Wonder Consultancy where I head up a talented team and an international community. A quest for meaning and impact has driven every key decision I’ve made. LEAD WITH YOUR IDEALS. LEVERAGE YOUR IDEAS. Cynicism is easy. The innovators and leaders I work with ultimately flourish by leading with their ideals, up-leveling their leadership, and track experiences of wonder - without bypassing the challenges and the hard inner stuff we all contend with. WONDER AT WORK We spend most of our hours working, yet we rarely reflect on the quality of life during those hours. The workers and companies that flourish in these times learn how to work well by breaking better. We can create cultures driven by innate curiosity, agency of attention and focus, deep purpose, and genuine connection, collaboration, appreciation, and admiration. Wonder is the singular human experience that momentarily dissolves our biases so we can see again what is real, true, beautiful, and possible. A TRULY OPEN WORK CULTURE The secret advantage among top performers across several fields is their capacity to maintain an abiding openness, beginner’s mind, and creative ingenuity. A culture of wonder fuels entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs, and organizations to bust biased ways of seeing what is and create what could be. I get to share much of my research in the psychology of creativity and branding by delivering talks, facilitating workshops, publishing at outlets such as Psychology Today, and broadcasting the Tracking Wonder Podcast. I live with my wife and two young daughters in a farmhouse in the Hudson Valley of New York, and divide my time between NYC and the Valley.
