Covenant Care operates 26 Skilled Nursing Facilities, 4 Residential Facilities, 5 Home Health agencies, along with in-house Therapy operations and 15 external Therapy operations, with over employees in 2 states. Specific responsibilities/accomplishments: Extensive data/metrics analysis and management of metrics to produce both superior clinical outcomes and superior financial results. Revamped companies budgeting, forecasting/projections, reporting, and monthly close processes for more accountability and transparency. Present via reports and verbally all analysis, monthly close, budgets, and forecast in a consistent easily understood manner. Continuously perform labor and wage analysis at the facility level in order to staff facilities efficiently and challenge Administrators to be aware and accountable for the use of our labor resources. Managed financial transition from RUGs to PDPM/PDGM Medicare model for all divisions and incorporated PDPM/PDGM analysis into the budget and forecasting process. Worked on 5-year strategic plan for banking. Extensive use of PCC, HCHB, SmartLinx, Casamba, Epicor, FRX, FYI along with Excel and Qlik to further analyze data to produce actionable information.
