I am a corporate tax consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. I have significant experience with income tax consulting and planning, corporate income tax provisions and income tax returns. I deal with large multi-national and multi-state corporations as well as start up technology and life science companies. I prepare and audit income tax provisions for financial reporting purposes as well as prepare and review income tax returns. I focus on compliance and planning services to venture backed private and public companies.
