Along with purchasing within our own portfolio and Joint Venture Partnerships, we also represent a Private Equity Firm looking to purchase Portfolios of NPN 1st lien tapes. Our interests are not limited to NPN 1st. We also purchase bundles of NP Second Liens on Residential properties. Vacant Commercial Notes, for an eye towards conversion to Self-Storage commercial. We offer better outcomes, to homeowners, by offering many alternatives to foreclosure and the loss of their home. Our #1 goal, is to work with the homeowner, so they may stay in the home under renegotiated loan terms, for a Win, Win, Win solution for all involved.
