Aligning myself with talented people, building and developing processes have proven to be the key to creating sustainable and predictable growth. Throughout most of my career, I have been on the cutting-edge of trends and technology. When in-ceiling speakers were first introduced, it was met with strong resistance, now they are almost as common as a light fixture. Being a part of the sales team that took that same speaker company from $0 to $100 million in 9 years is one of my proudest achievements. Since then, I’ve worked with many types of businesses, each one similar in that they were industries that didn’t exist 20 years ago and now are the accepted norm. Currently, I am the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at USAFact, Inc. Founded in 1978, we provide background checks, drug testing, credit reports, DMV records, employment, and education verification for employers.
