With a hybrid skill set that spans traditional accounting and finance, as well as a deep understanding of business systems, data architecture, and processes, I easily bridge the gap between finance, accounting, product, and engineering groups to facilitate complete product rollouts. I easily pivot within e-commerce companies to work in engineering and finance roles.As a leader, I recognize the value of each individual on my team regardless of seniority. For example:• I built an internal system that automated FX rate exposure on cross-functional currency purchases.• At Groupon, I implemented an ERP system in 38 countries over 3 months.• Built a custom, proprietary back office system that automated all daily revenue accounting, reconciliation, and self-service reporting.
