Currently, I am a Field Service Engineer for Flatiron Construction. I work with 100+ users regional in the San Diego region resolving/assisting with IT issues (network connectivity, equipment installations, mobilizing and demobilizing sites, etc.).I worked as a System Administrator (Field Service Technician) and dealt with resolving/mitigating issues on a Marine Corps base as directed by the installation\'s Station S6 (IT Department). These issues ranged from: re-imaging, network connectivity, printer installation, ordering parts, as well as,using Remedy to keep track of these current client issues. As a Field Engineer for Serco-NA, I worked with physical security systems (barriers, bollards, mass notification systems, and alarm systems) on Naval installations (install, troubleshoot and maintain products/equipment; identify, analyze and repair products meeting customers’ needs). Previously, as a Systems Engineer for Falconwood, Inc, I supported the NGEN PMO office through researching, analyzing, and data mining sources towards product delivery from an acquisitions and contracts standpoint. I assisted with the break down of processes and architecture of the present network, as well as, audited the current environment prior to contract award. This position has been a valuable lead-in from having recently worked for HP on the NMCI Project. Since April 2005, I worked in various departments gaining more knowledge about the contract. I started as an Unclassified Helpdesk Analyst and have worked my way onto the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Information Team Analyst, then the Classified Helpdesk and on to the ECOM-Platforms Team. I previously worked on the DCO-OM Platform Services team as an ITO Service Delivery Rep (System Administrator). Our team dealt with, but was not limited to, IAVA Maintenance, Enterprise Scan Mitigation, and Server Builds.
