I am an accomplished attorney with 20+ years of experience focused on advertising, marketing and customer service issues with a proven ability to counsel and represent clients regarding state and federal regulatory requirements and investigations, consumer and commercial litigation, and companywide compliance programs, all with a record of successfully balancing legal requirements and business objectives. I spent the first half of my career at a law firm, Kelley Drye, in its world class advertising/marketing group. Since then, I\'ve been in-house counsel in a few organizations and am currently with Fluent.
