I have been a pension consultant and educator for more than 40 years. Our organization provides consulting, design, and administrative services for more than 700 sponsors of qualified retirement plans. We deal with all kinds of plans, from 401(k) Plans to Defined Benefit Plans and Cash Balance Plans.Almost every plan we work with operates better after we have had a chance to redesign it. Our staff is highly skilled and experienced, and they provide excellent support service to our clients. We carefully monitor each plan annually to insure that our clients are making the most of their opportunities to shelter taxable income through a qualified plan. We have always been on the cutting edge of plan design for the benefit of our clients. We also provide consulting services to value defined benefit pension plans for divorce cases.

There is really a lot of room for creativity in the design and operation of a retirement plan. It takes knowledge and attentiveness to make a plan work in the most efficient manner.
