About Jeff W. Rashall

I’ve been passionate about construction and engineering from an early age. My first summer job at Ref-Chem was operating a jackhammer. While pursuing my engineering degree, I worked on a concrete construction crew and framed houses. I went on to receive a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M. Following graduation, I returned to Ref-Chem and began my career as a project engineer.Through hard work and tenacity for improvement, I worked my way up to become Vice President of Construction in 2007. I went on to become Vice President of Operations and, then, Chief Operating Officer before taking on my current role as President.At Ref-Chem, we specialize in projects for the petrochemical, chemical, oil and gas, air separation, minerals processing, power, cement, and manufacturing sectors. Ref-Chem is a part of the Burns & McDonnell family of companies, all with a shared commitment to safety and customer service.Because of our focus on quality work, client service and safety, Ref-Chem is a premier contractor in heavy industrial construction, engineering, EPC and maintenance. Repeat customers make up about 80% of our business. Raised in Midland, Texas, I was mentioned in the nonfiction book “Friday Night Lights,” along with my high school football team. Today, I still reside in the Odessa/Midland area. I’m proud to be known as a family man and as a man of integrity. I love to spend time with my wife, Nicole, and our three daughters, Emma, Macie and Allie Mae. We’re active members of Stonegate Fellowship Church, and we enjoy many activities together, including barbecuing and traveling. Since earning my private pilot’s license in 2007, I’ve flown my family numerous times to cities across the nation and overseas. I also enjoy hunting, fishing and cycling.
