Responsible for supporting IT operations within multiple Distribution Center (DC) environments across North America• Support for multiple HighJump1 WMS and integrated Fortna WCS applications across the enterprise• Install and support all company DC and branch users, including desktop related break/fix and multiple software applications, including Microsoft Office standalone and Office 365 solutions.• Provide deployment and support for Windows 11 notebook & desktop computers, including imaging and re-imaging of device using company established processes.• Hardware support for a variety of computer peripherals including many different printer types and models including multi-function devices.• Maintain Active Directory administering account and device access, including provisioning and de-provisioning of business application users.• Maintain, configure, and troubleshoot many types of RF equipment integrated to multiple business applications throughout the entire DC infrastructure.• Ability to execute, understand, and modify SQL queries for multiple database platforms including Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle Enterprise to extract data for efficient support and troubleshooting.• Manage user requests, incidents, problems, tasks within Service Now help desk ticketing software.• Point of contact for arranging vendor work within the facility for preventative maintenance and repairs within the data center and throughout the facility.
