ASTTRO (Advanced Science Targeting Toolkit for Robotic Operations) is an application that displays a 3D reconstruction of the surface of Mars alongside correlating 2D source images. This imagery, combined with tools to simulate various instrument activities onboard Perseverance, assists in the science target selection process in Mars 2020 mission operations. As Development Lead, I am directly responsible for the entire software development lifecycle of ASTTRO. I provide customer support and triage feature requests. I schedule and plan development tasks for the team. I implement features in React + TypeScript, ThreeJS, and Unity + C#. And I test, document, and deliver software releases.
