I lead the innovation and data efforts of a large, thriving commercial insurance broker. I have 25 years of experience helping companies succeed with technology and data. I increase and accelerate the adoption of innovations to \"move the needle\" within the business. I help business leaders look to the horizon and cultivate a high beam view of the next thing that is coming in the industry I serve. I shepherd new ideas through a defined innovation vetting process to help companies remain relevant and strong.
