Leading 4 teams and 20+ engineers across a rapidly growing Platform Engineering organization. Our mission is to speed time-to-delivery and improve quality and reliability of Lambda\'s products. We offer an instantly-adoptable internal developer platform including both infrastructure and code foundations. Internal Platform portfolio currently includes:* Kubernetes, both Cloud and Bare Metal deployments* Manged Databases using Postgres* Managed Messaging using NATS* Managed Cache using Valkey* Observability Platforms for Metrics base on Prometheus/Thanos/Mimir* Observability Platforms for Logging based on NATS and Clickhouse* CI/CD Systems based on Github Actions and Buildkite* Cloud IaC based on Terraform and AtlantisAn evolving abstraction layer ties these foundations together into a single coherent platform with a reduced surface area, allowing easy adoption and further reducing the burden on product engineering teams.In this role I coach/mentor/grow both our ICs and engineering managers.
