With over 15 years of journalism, corporate, and marketing communications experience, my greatest assets are a.) that I\'m able to work in all areas of marketing and corporate communications, from brand strategy to digital to creative development to measurement; b.) that I can grasp the simple out of the complex; and c.) that I enjoy finding and drawing connections others don\'t see between seemingly disparate things.In my role leading a regional marketing communications team, I develop marketing and communications strategies, assess and identify marketing challenges; develop message strategy, brand strategy and content strategy, execute online and offline campaigns and establish metrics. This requires me to draw upon my early professional experience as a journalist, where deadlines were king, content was the product, finding and telling stories was the challenge, and errors killed credibility. Among other accomplishments, I built and grew the marketing department from the ground up, implemented a marketing automation program, and developed and launched a syndicated multi-domain Website network for a professional services firm.
