For the first 15 years of my career, I lived in Quality Assurance.Testing, defects, edge cases, risk. Making sure things worked the way they were supposed to.But over time, I started to see the bigger picture.Quality isn’t something you “test in” at the end. It’s something you build into the system from the start.That shift is what led me into Technical Coaching.Today, I work with teams and practices (not just QA) to improve how they operate, not just what they deliver. From identifying process gaps, to coaching teams through change, to building out practices within our Center of Excellence, my focus is on helping make it get better in a way that actually sticks.A few things I care about:• Turning quality into a shared responsibility, not a phase • Building systems that scale, not just solutions that work once • Using data and feedback to drive real improvement • Creating space for teams to experiment, learn, and adapt I’m a big believer in a simple principle:Not tested, not done.But more importantly, not understood, not improved.Still learning.
