Growth has been achieved through acquisition, technology transformation and operational excellence. Growth Through Acquisition I\'ve lead the technology team through 7 major acquisitions and counting. This includes a comprehensive baseline assessment, synergy analysis, building a technology roadmap to migrate and integrate systems, developing and implementing new systems to drive revenue, creating efficiencies through automation and minimizing post consolidation costs. Technology Transformation With a focus on technology transformation, we have reduced contract processing times by 90%, reduced infrastructure overhead costs by millions of dollars through system redesign, and developed several new custom web applications to increase sales velocity and position the company for further growth. Operational Excellence – Innovate, Quantify, Orchestrate We continue to build and enhance our business intelligence infrastructure to provide full lifecycle visibility throughout all aspects of our business. By building KPI dashboards, empowering key stakeholders with the ability to drill down and perform their own analysis and leverage machine learning to project future outcomes we gain an operational advantage.
