I am a dynamic, board-certified, HR leader/business partner with MBA and over 15 years\' experience providing strategic and practical global and corporate HR business partner services across multiple industries and sectors. Since 2005, my body of work has focused on HR Director/Senior Leader Business Partner roles in global, matrixed companies, such as, Seadrill, Weatherford, McKesson, and Hewlett-Packard/Compaq. I grow talent and enjoy working alongside experienced and developing HR business partners, collaborating closely with HR COE specialists and shared services colleagues to deliver high-quality, impactful HR programs and advice to the business. I thrive in leadership and individual contributor roles that allow me to partner closely with senior executives, helping them build effective organizations, drive culture and transformation, improve operations, and fuel growth.    Serve as Head of HR at the company\'s core Houston location. Provide flexible business partner support ranging from high-touch, strategic organization planning, through tactical execution and day-to-day hands-on support. Member of Seadrill\'s HR Leadership Team and principal HR Business Partner assigned to several onshore function leaders based in Houston and their global teams.
