Experience
Adjunct Instructor Lecturer
Master Of Science In Learning & Organizational Change At Northwestern University
Sep 2021 — Present · Evanston, IL, US
I teach MSLOC 430 Creating and Sharing Knowledge, which explores the role of enterprise social media in organizational learning and knowledge management. I have designed and taught versions of this course since 2006, most recently with colleagues Keeley Sorokti, Lisa Tallman and Sami Desai.I also co-teach the Designing for Organizational Effectiveness Certificate (DOEC) program with Teresa Torres. DOEC is a year-long cohort certificate program in which organizational learning and change practitioners explore the use of design practices to address a range of issues impacting employee experience and organizational performance. DOEC draws deeply from the continuous discovery habits work developed by Teresa Torres.
