Water Street Mission recognizes its alignment with God\'s mission and aims to support individuals facing marginalization or poverty through companionship and trust in God\'s transformative power. As Director of Pastoral Ministries, my primary objective is to foster spiritual well-being and life affirmation. This involves leading chapel meetings, facilitating classes, and overseeing goal-centered groups, all while promoting each guest\'s potential in a comprehensive setting. Additionally, I am charged with monitoring staff and guest emotional health in an ecumenical framework, providing pastoral care, training chapel partners, and participating in treatment planning. On occasions, I offer leadership or input for community initiatives and contribute in the organization of collaborative events, gatherings and ministries.
