I’m an IT leader with 20+ years of experience, the last decade focused on helping healthcare organizations succeed with application & SaaS transitions. My sweet spot is leading EMR implementations, integrations, and activations, specifically in mergers and acquisitions.At WVU Medicine, I managed IT Outpatient Services across 25 hospitals and 700+ clinics, leading 45 analysts and a $12M+ budget. The work I enjoyed most was guiding Epic projects that required coordinating 300+ onsite and remote resources to deliver seamless go-lives under tight timelines.Highlights I’m proud of:• Expanded the Epic Community Connect program from 4 practices to 30, earning Epic Connect Accredited Plus status two years in a row (a distinction held by fewer than three health systems nationwide).• Led end-to-end vendor and consultant management for EHR projects, from scoping and SOW review to contracts and budgets.• Built client engagement strategies that boosted adoption, retention, and long-term satisfaction.I began my career as a network engineer before moving into project leadership, experience that gave me both the technical foundation and leadership skills to deliver large, complex healthcare IT initiatives.
