Fatherhood taught me what law school didn’t: sometimes, you won’t have all the answers—you keep learning and figure things out as you go. That mindset, equal parts humility and grit, has shaped both my parenting and professional paths.I’m a commercial attorney and privacy professional with 12+ years of cross-border experience spanning the United States, South Africa, and Nigeria. My career has spanned Big Law, Big Four consulting (PwC), and an in-house Senior Manager role at a Fortune 500 infrastructure giant. My varied experiences has not only tested and refined my ability to navigate change, but also shaped my approach to problem-solving—blending advisory precision with commercial pragmatism.I’ve led high-stakes M&A deals that unlocked over $13 million in annual revenue. I’ve steered regulatory engagements that saved a client more than $13 million in corporate taxes. I have supported an executive management team on a revenue assurance initiative, recovering over $10 million from a customer. Whether navigating complex commercial transactions or operationalizing privacy program, I bring a deep understanding of how strategy can drive business growth.I hold a Master of Laws Degree from Harvard Law School and Certificate of Business Fundamentals from Harvard Business School. Reflective of my growing focus on privacy, I also hold the IAPP’s Certified Information Privacy Professional (Europe) and Certified Information Privacy Manager certifications.What drives me?
