Pensar Refining Solutions LLC.(PRS) is a privately-owned company, located in San Antonio and Houston, Texas. The company is wholly owned by Pensar Refining Solutions, LLC group. PRS is a global, modular refinery sales and service company. PRS will construct a grass roots “Atmospheric Crude Oil Refinery” in South, Texas (the Project). The new facility will refine a nominal 10,500 barrels of crude oil per day (BPD) into semi-refined products. The semi-refined products will be purchased under contract by major US and international oil companies and will be distributed from Texas. In the near future Pensar will place additional module\'s to the system and have a bpd refinery.
