K2 Civil Consultants Inc.(K2) is a full-service civil engineering firm dedicated to providing comprehensive land development and design services from site selection through construction. Specific services include a full complement of civil engineering design, entitlement, permitting, development management and construction oversight. Our goal is to be your clear choice and partner to design, entitle and manage your development project.K2 was formed in June 2024 out of a business decision to split EES into two companies. EES remains focused on Public Sector Work. Jeff Kochevar and Mary Kasal, two former partners at EES, split off the Private Sector Work to form a new company (K2) to more efficiently pursue project development for our numerous local and national clients and partners. Krysta Houtchens is joining us as the Director of Engineering along with several additional private sector employees from EES. Two new employees also joined the team, both with extensive Private Sector project experience. With this group of highly qualified professionals, K2 will continue to work seamlessly on our existing projects, while pursuing exciting new opportunities with private and public partners.
