I\'m passionate about networking, particularly about everything that falls into the Enterprise Networking arena (Routing, Switching, Wireless, IoT) and Security. With 39 years of networking experience and 24+ years of Cisco centric networking solutions and products (pre-sales and post-sales), experience and expertise; I like to focus on the customer\'s business needs and networking requirements to meet or exceed their expectations. I enjoy taking the customer’s business need and turning it into a solution.I am a double CCIE (Routing/Switching and Security) as well as have the following certifications: CCDP, CCNP, CCNP-VS, CCVP, CCDA, CCNA, CQS-CIPTDS, CQS-CICES, CQS-CCMES, CQS-CIPTES, CQS-CIPTCSS, CQS-CIPTOS, CQS-IPS Specialist, CQS-FWS. Outside of these Cisco certifications, I also have the ISC2 CISSP Security certification, Fortinet NSE 3 Network Security Associate, and AXIS Certified Professional certifications.I’m a people person and work well with others. I am self-motivated, loyal, and continually strive to better myself. I am constantly working on learning new and emerging technologies. I enjoy engaging with customers and fulfilling their networking needs. I believe that it is important to know your customer’s business and what role the contact is you will be speaking with in order to know how technical or non-technical you need to gauge the conversation. I’m a firm believer that if you treat your customers the way you like to be treated, you can’t go wrong.As the principal Network Solutions Architect at NTSTek LLC, I was responsible for all technical pre-sales’ initiatives, reporting directly to the company president. My primary role was esigning custom network solutions tailored to client use cases, provided technical consultations, developed estimates, and maintained close collaboration with key vendors. I maintained expertise across a wide array of technologies and vendor platforms including Cisco System/Meraki, AXIS Communications, Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, Veeam, Ericsson Enterprise Wireless (Cradepoint), and DRAGOS. As a Technical Solutions Architect with Cisco Systems, Inc. Global Virtual Engineering Enterprise Networks practice, I dealt with everything that falls into Cisco Enterprise Networks products and solutions. Including: Switching, Routing, Wireless, IoT, Network Management and an overlap with Security. During my 24+ years at Cisco Systems, Inc, I’ve held both pre-sales Systems Engineering (preferred) and post-sales TAC support.
