Led the pre-opening process for 5 weeks of the room Omni Dallas Convention Center. Involved with the opening of the 175 room Shelborne Wyndham Grand South Beach as the Director of Housekeeping. As the Director of Rooms, involved with the entire pre-opening of The Stella Hotel, a luxury/boutique property.
